The Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) must be .08% or above to be found guilty. The District Attorney's Office has the duty to prove in court, beyond a reasonable doubt, that you were driving the vehicle, it was being driven on a public roadway and you were driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
